Mariyah The Coptic Sex Slave of the Prophet
Take the example of Mariyah, a beautiful Coptic slave girl given to Muhammad by the ruler of Alexandria , with whom Muhammad had sex without marrying her.
The commentator and historian al-Tabari wrote:
”God granted Rayhanah bt. Zayd of the Banu Quraiza to his Messenger [as booty]. Mariyah the Copt was presented to the Messenger of God, given to him by al-Muqawqis, the ruler of Alexandria , and she gave birth to the Messenger of God’s son Ibrahim. These were the Messenger’s wives; six of them were from the Quraish.[1]
Although Tabari counts Mariyah among Muhammad’s wives, he wasn’t denying she was his slave girl, his concubine, but was using “wife” in the sense of one whom Muhammad slept with and who mothered his child.
Under the subtitle “An Account of the Messenger of God’s Slave Concubines,” Tabari wrote: “They were Mariyah bt. Sham‘un, the Copt, and Rayhanah bt. Zayd al-Quraziyyah who, it is said, was of the Banu al-Nadir. An account of them has been given above. (Ibid., p. 141)
He stated, “The Messenger of God also had a eunuch called Mabur, who was presented to him by al-Muqawqis with two slave girls, one of them was called mariyah, whom he took as a concubine, and the other [was called] Sirin, whom he gave to Hassan b. Thabit after Safwan b. al-Mu‘attal had committed an offense against him.[2]
And:
Mariyah, the Prophet’s CONCUBINE and the mother of his son, Ibrahim.
“According to Ibn ‘Umar [al-Waqidi] – Ya‘qub b. Muhammad b. Abi Sa‘sa‘ah – ‘Abdallah b. ‘Abd al-Rahman b. Abi Sa‘sa‘ah: In the year 7/May 11, 628-April 30, 629, al-Muqawqas, lord of Alexandria, sent to the Prophet Mariyah, her sister Sirin, a thousand gold coins, twenty fine robes, his mule Duldul, and his donkey ‘Ufayr, or Ya‘fur. … The Prophet admired Umm Ibrahim ["Mother of Ibrahim," Mariyah’s title], who was fair-skinned and beautiful. He lodged her in al-‘Aliyah, at the property nowadays called of Umm Ibrahim. He used to visit her there and ordered her to veil herself, [but] he had intercourse with her BY VIRTUE OF HER BEING HIS PROPERTY…[3]
“That is, Mariyah was ordered to veil herself as did the Prophet’s wives, BUT HE DID NOT MARRY HER … (Ibid., p. 194)
Mariyah was working at the service of Hafsa, daughter of Umar who was one of Muhammad’s wives. One-day Muhammad went to Hafsa’s house and upon setting gaze at Mariyah, decides to have intercourse with her. He get rid of Hafsa, he concocted a lie. He told her that her father Umar had wanted to meet her. When Hafsa left, Muhammad took Mariyah to bed and had intercourse with her. Upon seeing her father and being assured that he had not sent for her, Hafsa, returned home to find the door locked from inside. She sat behind the closed door until her illustrious husband finished his business with her maid. When the door was opened and Muhammad came out, she notices sweet dripping from his face and realized what he had been up to. She becomes hysteric, complaining that he had tricked so he could enjoy her maid in her bed. Muhammad pleads with her to calm down and to placate her he promised not to sleep with Mariah again and bade her not to divulge that secret to others.
Hafsa unable to keep the secret relayed everything to her friend Aisha who also turned against Muhammad and these two young ladies, jointly with his other wives, caused him much anguish. Muhammad decided to punish all of his wives by not sleeping with them for one month. Depriving one’s wives sexually and beating them are other forms of punishment recommended in the Quran. Q.4:34.
The rebellion of his wives for having sex with a maid angered the Prophet of Allah who vowed not to sleep with any of them for one month. That of course would have been too much hardship for the beloved messenger of Allah. Therefore the maker of the Universe, in his mercy intervened and reveals the Sura Tahrim (Banning). In this Sura, Allah lovingly “rebukes” his prophet for being so hard on himself and for depriving himself from what he really likes and has been made lawful to him, just to placate his wives.
1. O Prophet! Why do you ban (for yourself) that which Allâh has made lawful to you, seeking to please your wives? And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
2. Allâh has already ordained for you (O men), the dissolution of your oaths.And Allâh is your Maula (Lord, or Master, or Protector, etc.) and He is the All-Knower, the All-Wise.
3. And (remember) when the Prophet disclosed a matter in confidence to one of his wives (Hafsah), so when she told it (to another i.e. ‘Aishah), and Allâh made it known to him, he informed part thereof and left a part. Then when he told her (Hafsah) thereof, she said: “Who told you this?” He said: “The All-Knower, the All-Aware (Allâh) has told me”.
4. If you two (wives of the Prophet, namely ‘Aishah and Hafsah) turn in repentance to Allâh, (it will be better for you), your hearts are indeed so inclined (to oppose what the Prophet likes), but if you help one another against him (Muhammad), then verily, Allâh is his Maula (Lord, or Master, or Protector, etc.), and Jibrael (Gabriel), and the righteous among the believers, and furthermore, the angels are his helpers.
5. It may be if he divorced you (all) that his Lord will give him instead of you, wives better than you, Muslims (who submit to Allâh), believers, obedient to Allâh, turning to Allâh in repentance, worshipping Allâh sincerely, fasting or emigrants (for Allâh’s sake), previously married and virgins. “Q. 66:1-5.
Although Muhammad had made an oath not to have sex with her maid, he could not resist the temptation. It was a difficult situation. A solution had to be found and no one but Allah could help. Nothing is impossible when you have the almighty God in your sleeve. The creator of heaven and earth intervened and gave his prophet the green light to follow his heart’s desire. In Sura Tahrim Allah licensed Muhammad to have his fling and not pay attention to his wives complaints. What can one ask more? Allah was so concerned about Muhammad’s carnal pleasures that he even allowed ALL MEN to break their oaths as a bounty.
It is also worthy of mention that Muhammad, upon learning Hafsa had reveal his secret, lied. He claimed Allah had made it known to him that Hafsa had spoken, when that was obvious that she was the only one who could have done it.
In reaction to the above verses, Ayisha, who was not only pretty but also witty, is reported to have said, “Your God indeed hastens to meet your needs!”
Explaining the Surah Tahrim (66) Omar said:
The Prophet did not go to his wives because of the secret which Hafsa had disclosed to ‘Aisha, and he said that he would not go to his wives for one month as he was angry with them when Allah admonished him (for his oath that he would not approach Mariyah). Bukhari

He used myths and fables from prevalent religion of those days(as he was literate), and formed his own religion from those sources. I though you came here to disapprove the Challenge Dr.Ali Sina. But you have started asking questions about your faith. It is very important to inform you that the person whom you consider prophet and illiterate was not illiterate but a learned man. He knew to read and write. Which is proven by Muslim scholars themselves, for reference see the link provided by Brother Humanity Triumphs.
Secondly, there is no prophesy in Qur’an. Regarding which you have said that, Qur’an comprises of things which have happened in past, present and future. Please show me some such thing.. You bring such examples and I am ready to reply it.

What Is Islam?
What Makes The Islam Religion Different?
There is a hadith (story or tradition) where Prophet Muhammad – may Allah be pleased with him – stated that the Islam religion started off as a strange thing. Prophet Muhammad also predicted that the Islam religion would return to being strange.
If you are not familiar with Islam, you may also agree that Islam is different. The Islam religion is a very unique faith. Islam is more than just a series of rituals and commandments.
Islam is a way of life.
Ask any Muslim who is trying to faithfully practice their religion. Ask them how much Islam impacts their daily life. Ask them how many routine actions are affected by Islam.
A Muslim’s entire life revolves around Islam. From the time we wake up in the morning, to the time we lay down to sleep. Islam is there.
Always.
For one thing, we must perform the five daily Islamic prayers. Each prayer has a specific time to be performed. Hence, we are always conscious of the time of day and the position of the sun.
We must also maintain a certain level of cleanliness in Islam. Before we pray we must make ablution. And sometimes we even have to take a full bath, or ghusl.
Muslims must also be conscious of what they eat. As you may well know, some things, like pork and alcohol, are forbidden in Islam.
Even how we use the bathroom requires us to follow certain Islamic guidelines.
But what really makes Islam different from all other religions is Tawheed, or Islamic Monotheism.
Yes Christians and Jews are monotheists also. But monotheism in Islam (Tawheed) is very strict.
Let’s go over the three parts of Tawheed. Don’t worry if you have trouble pronouncing the Arabic words. What’s most important is that you understand what they mean.
Tawheed Ar-Rububiyyah – Oneness of Divine Lordship: This is the belief that Allah exists. This belief is pretty common with most of humanity. Whether a person refers to Allah as God, Jehovah, or Dios, we are all essentially referring to the same creator.
Tawheed Al-Uluhiyyah – Oneness of Divine Nature: This is the belief that nothing in existence deserves to be worshipped but Allah. This is what makes the Islam religion so different. Because no other faith has this belief.
Tahweed Al-Isma was Sifaat – Oneness of the Divine Attributes: This is the belief that Allah has attributes that are not comparable to the attributes of any created being.
Cleanliness in Islam
Being clean is also important in Islam. It is impossible to practice the Islam religion without being properly clean. Here are some examples:
Wudu – Muslims must make wudu (ablution) before praying.
Ghusl
Istinjaa – Muslims must make Istinjaa (washing) after using the bathroom.
Eating in Islam
Muslims also eat in a certain way. This is not really complicated, but it’s something we must always keep in mind. Before we can even talk about how Muslims eat, let’s look at some things Muslims cannot eat:
We cannot eat pork.
We cannot drink alcohol.
We cannot eat any meat that was not slaughtered with the name of Allah.
We cannot eat blood or carrion (dead meat).
We cannot eat meat that was not slaughtered properly i.e. killed by blunt force to the head, a headlong fall, partially devoured by a wild animal, or strangling.
This is how Muslims should eat their food:
Pronounce the name of Allah before eating.
Eat with the right hand.
Eat the nearest food on the plate first.
Dress Code Of The Islam Religion
There is also a specific manner of Islamic dress. Generally, Muslims must maintain a certain level of modesty. This modesty is different for men and women.
For Muslim men:
Gold and silk are prohibited.
They must grow their beards.
Their pants or lower garment should be above their ankles.
They must cover everything between their navel and knees.
They cannot wear women’s clothing.
For Muslim women:
They must wear a hijab.
They must cover everything but their face and hands.
They must wear a jilbab.
They cannot wear men’s clothing.
As you can see, the Islam religion is very unique. But this uniqueness shouldn’t be seen as an obstacle to accepting Islam. It’s part of the sacrifice that comes with submitting to the will of Allah.

Would you like that I kill him?” The Prophet said, “Yes,” Muhammad bin Maslama said, “Then allow me to say a (false) thing (i.e. to deceive Ka`b). “The Prophet said, “You may say it.” Then Muhammad bin Maslama went to Ka`b and said, “That man (i.e. Muhammad demands Sadaqa (i.e. Zakat) from us, and he has troubled us, and I have come to borrow something from you.” On that, Ka`b said, “By Allah, you will get tired of him!” Muhammad bin Maslama said, “Now as we have followed him, we do not want to leave him unless and until we see how his end is going to be. Now we want you to lend us a camel load or two of food.” (Some difference between narrators about a camel load or two.) He came to Ka`b at night along with Ka`b’s foster brother, Abu Na’ila. Ka`b invited them to come into his fort, and then he went down to them. His wife asked him, “Where are you going at this time?” Ka`b replied, “None but Muhammad bin Maslama and my (foster) brother Abu Na’ila have come.” His wife said, “I hear a voice as if dropping blood is from him, Ka`b said. “They are none but my brother Muhammad bin Maslama and my foster brother Abu Naila. A generous man should respond to a call at night even if invited to be killed.” Muhammad bin Maslama went with two men. (Some narrators mention the men as ‘Abu bin Jabr. Al Harith bin Aus and `Abbad bin Bishr). So Muhammad bin Maslama went in together with two men, and sail to them, “When Ka`b comes, I will touch his hair and smell it, and when you see that I have got hold of his head, strip him. I will let you smell his head.” Ka`b bin Al−Ashraf came down to them wrapped in his clothes, and diffusing perfume. Muhammad bin Maslama said. ” have never smelt a better scent than this. Ka`b replied. “I have got the best ‘Arab women who know how to use the high class of perfume.” Muhammad bin Maslama requested Ka`b “Will you allow me to smell your head?” Ka`b said, “Yes.” Muhammad smelt it and made his companions smell it as well. Then he requested Ka`b again, “Will you let me (smell your head)?” Ka`b said, “Yes.” When Muhammad got a strong hold of him, he said (to his companions), “Get at him!” So they killed him and went to the Prophet and informed him. (Abu Rafi`) was killed after Ka`b bin Al−Ashraf.”

No one is doubting his availability of power OR knowledge. After all, he convinced others so he must be having powers AND knowledge.

Particularly read Q6 and Q9.
The author clearly said that Mohammed told many things to do BUT himself practiced none. Explain what was his act of kindness. You must tell from authentic books like Quran and Hadith. Dont mention what he told to his followers BUT only what kindness he himself did.
This is the problem. He took undue advantage of love of Arabians and misused his powers. So he proved himself as mass murderer, rapist, blasphemer, pedophile, madman and power and sex hungry person. Therefore, he is fake prophet.
Regarding Quran, I was seeing a video – 3 THINGS ABOUT ISLAM. It clearly said that Islam is NOT hijacked. Quran is a book of contradictions BUT the rule is that whenever you find 2 verses which contradict then earlier verses ARE abrogated by later verses. Bible and Torah too contradicts itself BUT in that case, Judeo – Christians are free to chose what they want. In Islam, it is nothing like that.
Hence, the noble verses 2:256 and 2:62 are abrogated by evil verses 3:19, 3:85, 9:5, 9:29, 9:111, 47:4 etc.
The video further says that Muslims can lie in front of NON Muslims to prove ISLAM IS GREAT. While all religions center around truthfilness, Islam centers around falsehood. This practice is known as Al Taqiyya.
With this, I conclude that we can NOT trust a Muslim.
I was recently surfing on who all had fatwa issued on them? I was shocked to know that 80% kuffr fatwa was issued on good people. Like Dr. Anwar Sheikh (who is against militant islam BUT fatwa misinterprets him to be against Islam), Edip Yuksel (because he opposed Islamic hadith), Ayan Hirsi Ali (because she said that Sharia’h is anti – woman), Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam (as he was seen at Hindu temples), Allah Rakha Rehmaan (for his singing of Vande Maataram), Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmed (because he called himself a prophet) and his whole Qadiyani jama’t remains on muslim hitlist as if they are gays, Baha’ullah (since he came to reform Islam) and his sect Baha’i are another example.
In PAK, there was a scientist Dr. Abdus Salam who even got Nobel Prize – Physics for his many works. To explain his milestones – he used Quran to justify his love towards science. Can you guess what he got in return?
He left this world in 1996. His grave used to read – FIRST MUSLIM NOBEL LAUREATE OF PAKISTAN. The government thought to change it. The word Muslim was removed.
It now reads – FIRST NOBEL LAUREATE OF PAKISTAN
I guess he is the only one from PAK.
But why is it that fatwa is issued only against good people? Why is there no fatwa against Taliban, Ayatullah Khomeini (Persian Mullah) who assume that Islam does NOT means peace? Khomeini used to spit on those who used to think Islam is peace. Why no fatwa against him? Why at least 35% Muslims hail Osama Bin Laden as a martyr?
It seems that you can be either good human OR either good Muslim. You can NOT be both. You try to be both and you will be called Kaafir by Mullahs.
There was a recent case in which Taliban chopped off breast of a nurse when she was breast – feeding. They shouted Allah u Akbar while committing that brutality. If a person does NOT know about Allah, he will definitely conclude that Allah is a merciless terrorist gang leader.
Quite interestingly, Christian terrorists dont commit such brutality in the name of Jesus. Jews dont link such atrocity to their GOD. Same is true about Hinduism / Buddhism / Sikhism. No one has misconception about those GODs but everybody looks Allah from a suspicious sight.
Anyway, muslims often say that Islam must be followed with context. Please tell me in which CONTEXT is chopping off breast of some women justified?
